Description

Alpine Creek #4 is located on the top floor of a 4-unit condo building at Solitude Village.  This perfectly styled condo has great slopeside views, speedy WiFi (50+mbps), a spacious deck with a propane grill, a well-appointed kitchen, vaulted ceilings for an even more spacious feel, a gas fireplace, and 2 Queen beds plus a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 5 people. Walking distance to slopes and Solitude Village restaurants and shops. Apex lift is about a 7-minute walk away, or you can ski most of the distance when the road is snow-covered (please note - the walk back home will be slightly uphill)! Situated above the activity of the village, the Alpine Creek building has only four units with maximum privacy. Free access to Club Solitude with its outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise, game, and movie room. NOTE: GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE - USED FOR OWNER STORAGE.

MAIN FLOOR:
-Living Room- With a cozy armchair and sofa (which is a pullout), gas fireplace, and smart TV, it's the perfect space to relax off the slopes. 

-Master Bedroom- Featuring a cozy Queen bed, TV, and private bathroom (toiletries provided).

-Kitchen/Dining- Our kitchen has everything you need for meal prep! The dining table seats 4 and is attached to the kitchen island, making it easy to keep the chef company.

-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with a shower off the kitchen.

LOFT:
-Queen Bedroom- The loft provides a queen bed and another private full bathroom!

LAUNDRY ROOM:
-Full-Sized Washer/Dryer- We have a private laundry room located one floor below the unit entrance! Detergent is provided.

Loved this property so much. First the views were outstanding. It sits above and behind the main village which also makes it quiet, yet it is still a short enough walk to the ski lift. It felt very homey and we had everything we needed from the toiletries to kitchen spices. WiFi worked well for two of us working a couple days. We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at Alpine Creek #4 with our two elementary school boys and LOVED it! The unit was very clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect - just steps away from the resort without all of the activity being right outside of our room. We enjoyed being able to ski in and out, had some great meals and the kids loved the video games, pool table and pool at Club Solitude. We plan to stay there again and would highly recommend it!

Perfect for our family of four needs. The condo comes well stocked with the necessities, so we just had to buy our main meals. Great walking distance from the Village and the skiing was wonderful. I would choose to stay again.

Notes

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE:  Absolutely NO DOGS ALLOWED.  Not only is it illegal to have dogs in Big Cottonwood Canyon due to watershed and forest service regulations but the owners of this property have a serious pet allergy that prohibits animals of any kind.  If staff or neighbors report the presence of dogs, the guests will have to be asked to vacate and pay for additional sanitizing.  We apologize for such strict precautions.  

*Events, weddings, large gatherings, or accomodating more than the designated number of people a booked property is advertised to sleep is not permissible at ANY property that the Cottonwood Lodging Company (CLC) manages. Due to restrictive ordinances and the desires of CLC owners to preserve the peace and tranquility of neighbors and our community, these "events" are not permitted, ever, as they can be disruptive and are additional wear and tear on the property and grounds. We apologize for the limitations this may put on your plans to stay with us, but please understand that CLC must (and will) make every effort to monitor, enforce and protect the interest of our owners and our community.  In the event, you are found to have violated this rule you may face potential legal or financial penalties.

Reservation Deposit: A 35% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of the rental fee will be automatically processed 30 days prior to occupancy. If there is a problem processing the balance by this date, Cottonwood Lodging Company (CLC) reserves the right to rent the accommodation to another party and the deposit payment will be forfeited.

Security Deposit: A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking and held on file. After the Renter has checked out, CLC will inspect the property for damages.  Any damage, missing inventory, or other unpaid charges will be discussed with you and billed to your credit card.
